Community Ecology

terr_com_eco_ws.jpgCommunity ecology has long been a primary strength of ecology at OSU, and the recent additions of Drs. Borer, Hacker and Seabloom strengthens and broadens this group dramatically.  Opportunities for research on community structure and dynamics, including such issues as top down and bottom up control, indirect effects, SH02MtrossAbinLow_ws.jpgpositive vs. negative effects, intraguild predation, trophic cascades, community impact of species invasions, and food webs, as well as other related problems are available in our group.  Click on the names below to learn more about the activities of each faculty member in Community Ecology.
